• I forgot my username or password. How do I log in?
  After you click Log In, click the "Forgot Username or Password" link. You select either username or password, then supply your Email address and the answer to your security question. Your username or a new password will be sent to your Email address. If you have further problems, contact us by sending an Email message to customerservice@getmobile.com.

• How much will this cost?
  For GetMobile Exchange publishers there are 2 easy options:
  1. Ad-Supported Model - FREE! You agree to host ads from the GetMobile Exchange on your mobile site and in return you receive hosting services and a portion of the gross advertising revenue.
  2. Hosted Model - You pay GetMobile a monthly fee of $14.99 for hosting your mobile site.
• What's the Juicer?
  The Juicer is a proprietary system that inspects your wired Web site and automatically creates an adapted, mobile version of your site that is instantly ready for display on mobile devices. The Juicer selects, normalizes, optimizes, and formats content for mobile devices and establishes a structure for your mobile site that you can customize easily.
• Why should I use GetMobile to put my Web site onto mobile devices?
  GetMobile's Juicer technology and SiteBuilder editing and testing tools help you leverage the effort you've already put into your existing wired Web site. With the GetMobile tools you can quickly and efficiently adapt a wired Web site for the unique characteristics, strengths, and constraints of mobile devices.
• What do I need to do to get my site ready for mobile?
  The Juicer can adapt most wired Web sites into a mobile-friendly format so you may not need to do anything else to get your site mobile other than type in your url and let GetMobile do all the work. You can customize and test-drive your mobile site before you publish it, remove unwanted content and add mobile-only content. If your site relies heavily on features such as Flash that work well on PCs but not on a majority of mobile devices, you may wish to try using a GetMobile template.
  
  

  To publish your mobile site, you will need to add our site redirect code to your wired Web site. The redirect code identifies visitors who access your site from a mobile device and serves your mobile site to them instead of your wired Web site.

• I already have a mobile site. Can I get ads and ad revenue from the GetMobile advertising network?
  GetMobile makes it easy to participate in our ad network, even if you already have a mobile site. All you need to do is sign-up to get access to our GetMobile ad server API. Before you know it, you'll be serving quality banner and text ads from the GetMobile Exchange and generating ad revenue.
• What do I do with the JSP/PHP code?
  Publishers who already have a site add JSP or PHP code to their mobile sites to send requests to the GetMobile Ad Server and to indicate where to place the ads received from the GetMobile Exchange in return.
• What is the revenue share?
  For ad-supported publisher sites the revenue share is 60/40 in the publisher's favor.
• Do I get to approve the ads?
  Yes - you get to approve or decline the ads before they run on your site. You also have the option to let GetMobile auto-approve them.
• Do I have to commit to a long term agreement?
  No - you can participate on the GetMobile Exchange for whatever time period you wish.
• Does Quattro have its own ad sales force to get ads for my site?
  Yes - Quattro has an international sales team with deep expertise in mobile and we are committed to generating as much revenue as possible for our GetMobile publishers.
• How do I get Paid?
  GetMobile sends payments once a month, and only if your account balance exceeds a minimum threshold amount of $100. To confirm you are up and running for payment log in to the Mobile Site Dashboard and verify that your account and payment information are correct and complete
